Refunds & Returns:

Due to our brand “By Mona Fares” trying to eliminate overproduction and reduce
waste, we produce only “Made to Order” pieces, therefore we do not o er a
refund or return once the order has been placed on our website.

Shipping fees & Customs Duty, Taxes & VAT:

Please ensure that your address and delivery location is correct to avoid any extra
shipping costs.
We ship internationally to most places worldwide.
International shipping fees are included in orders over $350 or AED 1200.
Custom Duty, Taxes and VAT are not included for international orders.

Estimated Production time:

Our pieces are “Made to Order” and handmade the production time is 2-4 weeks
depending on what items have been ordered.
